Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your GeoTraders account and all associated personal data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app: go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, use the form below to request account deletion:

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your account credentials and authentication data
• Your profile information (display name, bio, avatar)
• Your email address
• Your device tokens and notification preferences

What Data May Be Retained

The following data may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of the game for other players:

• Gameplay records (items hidden and claimed) — anonymized, no longer linked to your identity

We may also retain data where required by applicable law (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal obligations).

Processing Timeline

Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
